…you think everyone ought to own, but doesn’t.”
Once all participants have entered and had a chance to grab the items, start the meeting with a round of introductions. As well as announcing their name, job title, and whatever other usual pieces of info you ask for, ask each person to introduce the objects they’ve found too, and why it meets the criterion you set out above. You’ll get to listen to some amazing tales that will provide a far better insight into each person’s personality than the usual boring virtual event entertainment options!
