…you think everyone ought to own, but doesn’t.”
Once everyone has arrived and had a chance to grab the items, begin the conference with a round of introductions. As well as providing their name, job title, and whatever other usual pieces of info you request, tell each participant to introduce the items they’ve found too, and why it meets the condition you set out above. You’ll get to hear some incredible tales that will give a far better understanding of each participant’s character than the standard bland virtual event entertainment options!
